Job Description


As a Temporary Technical Support Advisor you will be handling inbound communication via multi-channels from a UK customer base, providing a first class service to customers in relation to their service or account.

As a Temporary Technical Support Advisor, you will be;

  • Handling inbound communication, via multi-channels
  • Providing guidance and support to customers in relation to their service
  • Trouble shooting customers problems
  • Supporting with any general account queries

To be successful in this role;
  • Have a strong customer focus
  • Strong listening skills with the ability to be empathetic
  • Experience within customer service, particularly technical support
  • Excellent communications, both verbal and written
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Good time management
