Temporary Till Operator (Fixed Term Contract) Immediate start up to 19th December 2025

Temporary Till Operator.

Location:

Garden Centre Shop Floor.

Working Pattern:

Wednesday 10:30am-4:30pm, Thursday 10:30am-4:30pm and Friday 10:30am-4:30pm.

We are currently looking for a friendly, polite, and efficient Till Operator, someone with high standards and that would leave a lasting impression on our customers, so that our customers will want to visit us again.

Main Duties/Tasks:

Operating an epos till system. Assisting customers with goods to their cars ensuring they receive the highest customer service. Assisting Customers queries. Maintaining a clean and safe environment. Product Merchandising.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not essential. Good Communicator. Good Team Player, driven by the desire to deliver 100% customer satisfaction. Flexible with working hours due to the nature of the business. Health and Safety Conscious. The position will require heavy lifting at times.

Salary and Company Benefits:

Wage brackets oPay rates 16yrs 8.10,17-18yrs 10.00, 19yrs and above 12.25 per hour 28 days annual leave including paid Bank Holidays, pro-rata basis for part-time employees. Uniform and safety shoes will be provided. Discounted rates on food and drink in our restaurant whilst working.
