Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Maintain high hygiene standards through routine housekeeping of controlled warehouse areas
Provide a first-class service to other departments within Pharmaron ranging from goods receipt to material picking and dispatch.
Ensure accurate goods receipt, stock issuance, and reconciliation procedures are adhered to
Update stock management systems in a timely manner and perform routine cycle counting.
Organise and control designated external waste areas
Perform all activities in accordance with Regulatory, Quality, and EHS site policies and procedures
Requirements:
GCSEs in English and Maths (essential)
Forklift Truck License and Order Picker (IPAF) License (essential)
Relevant industrial/warehouse experience
Good working knowledge of cGMP and safety standards
Experience with ERP systems (essential)
Effective organisational and time management skills
Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach
Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
Safety-minded and customer service focused
Flexible and adaptable to changing demands and priorities
Motivated to learn and support new initiatives
