About the Role

As a Tenancy Claims Specialist, you'll manage end-of-tenancy claims around damages, unpaid rent, and bills. You'll look at evidence quickly, make balanced decisions, and work directly with tenants, landlords and agents to reach the right outcome.


This isn't box-ticking claims work, you'll be trusted to use judgement, keep conversations fair, and solve disputes that genuinely matter to people.

What you'll do

Manage your own caseload of end-of-tenancy claims Assess evidence and make fair, consistent settlement recommendations Speak with tenants & landlords by phone to reduce back-and-forth Keep everything moving efficiently to hit service & quality targets Spot themes and feed improvements back into our processes Help us build a rental claims service that's known for fairness

What you bring

Experience in claims handling, dispute resolution or property/rental (ideal) Confident phone communicator, clear, calm, solution-focused Comfortable making decisions that balance multiple viewpoints Resilient under pressure and structured in your approach to deadlines Motivated by performance and doing right by the customer
