Medway Council Tenant Services are looking for an Apprentice to join the Housing Tenancy Team and learn a wide range of skills in housing and tenancy management, whilst helping the team provide excellent services to Medway Council tenants.A Medway Council Apprenticeship will give you the opportunity to earn a salary and gain a qualification whilst gathering invaluable workplace skills and experience.An opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic person to join the Housing Tenancy Team as a Tenancy Management Apprentice. This is a great chance to gain a qualification whilst working for the Housing Tenancy Team that provide a wide range of tenancy services to Council tenants.As part of this role, you can expect to undertake the following tasks:

• Data inputting
• Scanning
• Updating of systems
• Email inbox monitoring
• Maintenance of database
• Using the council finance systems
• Responding to customer queries via telephone or email

Ideally you will already have good communication and interpersonal skills, combined with competent IT skills, and a good attention to detail.
