Job Description

At New Walk CIC we are seeking to employ a positive, enthusiastic and
professional individual who has the desire to work alongside individuals who
have a range of complex needs and vulnerabilities. We are looking for
individuals with a passion for supporting people, and who have the ability to
work alongside Stakeholders and Partnership agencies
.New Walk CIC is a registered provider of social housing with vast experience
of working with individuals who are experiencing homelessness in Teesside
and the surrounding areas. We operate 365 days per year and shift working is
part of the role.
Whilst experience and training within the sector are beneficial, full training is
provided and any additional training can be accessed.
? To undertake tenancy management duties being the first point of
contact within the service.
? Completing Housing management procedures and weekly compliance.
? To ensure that health and safety is maintained.
? To work with Local Authority and clients to maintain safe
accommodation.
? To support individuals with accessing services through signposting
? Identify and report repairs to database systems.
