Goleudy is a charity that works tirelessly to prevent homelessness by providing housing, creating opportunities, and tackling poverty and social exclusion. Our mission is to improve the lives of people who are threatened with or experience homelessness, a housing crisis, mental health issues, and trauma.
Goleudy has developed its own unique PIE (psychologically informed environment) framework, 'Informed by People'.
'Informed by People' is rooted in the principles, assumptions, and techniques of 'solution-focused practice' (SFP), a socially constructed form of therapeutic work. Full training is provided, and candidates will need to commit to this approach and be prepared to work in this way. We will support you to develop your skills in SFP as part of your employment with us.
