About the Role
As a
Tenant Involvement Project Manager
, you will lead the development and delivery of a wide range of tenant and leaseholder involvement projects, ensuring they meet statutory and regulatory requirements such as the Social Housing White Paper, the Building Safety Bill, and the Tenant's Charter. You will be responsible for driving forward Nottingham City Council Housing Services' Tenant Engagement Strategy, putting tenants and leaseholders at the heart of decision-making and service improvement. The role involves managing and evaluating projects that promote participation, health, and wellbeing, while building strong partnerships with local organisations, funders, and community groups. You will oversee grant applications, financial processes, and audits to ensure value for money and compliance, as well as provide operational and strategic support to the Head of Involvement. Acting as a key point of contact for tenants, leaseholders, and partner agencies, you will champion collaboration, promote equality and inclusion, and create meaningful opportunities for residents to influence the services that affect their homes and communities.

2. Experience of consulting with residents effectively
3. Good Project Management Skills
4. Excellent communication skills
5. Willingness to work flexibly and as part of a team
6. Ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities in order to meet deadlines
