Job Overview


The Tenant Liaison Co-ordinator is responsible for overseeing all aspects of tenant relations, from sourcing and housing new tenants to ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and wellbeing. This role involves maintaining effective communication with tenants, resolving disputes, and supporting the smooth running of tenancy operations. The postholder will also manage the organisation's social media presence and marketing campaigns to attract potential tenants and promote available properties.

Duties



Tenant Relations & Support:



Act as the first point of contact for tenants, providing support, information, and guidance throughout their tenancy. Manage the tenant onboarding process, including viewings, tenancy agreements, and move-ins. Maintain accurate tenant records and ensure documentation is compliant with organisational and regulatory standards. Resolve tenant queries, complaints, or disputes in a professional and timely manner.

Housing & Allocation:



Source and assess potential tenants through referrals, advertising, and partnerships with local authorities or agencies. Match tenants to suitable accommodation based on individual needs, availability, and property type. Coordinate property viewings, move-in/move-out inspections, and inventory checks. Ensure all properties meet health, safety, and compliance standards before move-in.

Social Media & Marketing:



Manage and update the organisation's social media platforms (Facebook, Tiktok, Spareroom, Gumtree etc.) to promote available properties and highlight organisational achievements. Develop and implement marketing campaigns to attract new tenants and increase community engagement. Create engaging digital content, including property listings, tenant success stories, and community updates. Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to improve outreach and engagement.

Operational Coordination:



Plan and manage property inspection routes to ensure efficient travel between sites. Liaise with maintenance teams, support workers, and landlords to ensure timely completion of repairs and inspections. Track and report on occupancy rates, tenant satisfaction, and marketing performance. Support the wider housing team with administrative duties, project coordination, and data management as required.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 13.09-19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 27 - 35 per week
