Evinox have a head office in Chessington and manufacturing facility in Romania, with this role being based out of our satellite office in Glasgow. Due to continued expansion across Scotland and new project wins, we now require a TLO to cover Glasgow and Edinburgh as the primary area.
You will be the main point of contact for residents living in properties connected to Evinox's work on communal heating systems across Glasgow and Edinburgh for an on behalf of a large housing association across Scotland. The role is to keep residents fully informed, supported and reassured during planned servicing, repairs, HIU replacements and remedial works and to proactively support and inform residents (and housing association clients) ahead of and throughout planned installation and system upgrade projects (e.g., full heating system renewals, heat-network extensions, and energy-efficiency upgrades), ensuring residents experience as little inconvenience as possible and satisfaction remains high for both residents and the housing association.
The Role
Act as the friendly, professional face of Evinox for residents in social housing blocks and private developments.
Conduct pre-start visits and resident surgeries for major installation/upgrade projects.
Arrange access and issue letters, notices, newsletters and project updates.
Attend properties with engineers/installers when required to introduce the team and reassure residents.
Identify vulnerable residents and arrange additional support.
Handle queries and complaints promptly and empathetically.
After new installations or major upgrades are complete, accurately record HIU serial numbers, meter details, property addresses and completion dates; prepare and issue completion certificates/notifications to the housing association/client so resident billing can start or be updated correctly.
Carry out post-work and post-project satisfaction surveys.
Maintain accurate records in our CRM system (JobLogic).
Attend occasional evening resident meetings (TOIL provided).
Support the Contracts Manager with client reporting and KPIs.
Requirements
Proven Tenant/Resident Liaison experience or strong customer-facing background in social housing, utilities or construction.
Excellent communication and administrative skills with high attention to detail.
Full UK driving licence and happy to travel daily across Glasgow and Edinburgh (company van provided).
Comfortable working in residents' homes and high-rise blocks.
Competent IT user (full training given on JobLogic and billing processes).
Live within commuting distance of Glasgow and Edinburgh.
Desirable
Knowledge of communal/district heating, HIUs or heat metering.
Previous work with Wheatley Group, GHA, Link, Places for People Scotland or other Scottish RSLs.
