Tenant Voice Manager

for Victory Homes.


As a Tenant Voice Manager, you will lead tenant engagement and complaint resolution, rebuild trust with tenants, manage community initiatives, handle escalated issues, and collaborate across teams to enhance tenant satisfaction and service quality. In this role you'll manage a team of Tenant Voice Officers, resolve complaints, and drive community engagement to ensure our tenants feel heard, respected, and supported.


We will also support you in your development in this role as you will get a deep understanding of the housing sector and housing law while working within a regulated environment. You'll enhance your influencing and communication skills, build strong relationships across teams within the Group, and strengthen your negotiation and resolution abilities. Additionally, you'll gain confidence in interpreting and reporting on data to support service improvements.
