About the Role

Reporting to the Strategic Accounts & Contracts Manager this role is a hybrid role (3 days in the office and 2 days at home) and the ideal candidate will be located close to ideally Willerby or Dunstable.

What You Will Do

Day to day you will be responsible for:


Service Level agreements for customers joining Frameworks Manage contract novation's Management of tenders: Monitoring tender portals/ mailbox for notifications of tenders Project managing process Reviewing tender specifications Collating all required information/ samples Writing tender responses Uploading of documentation on customer portal Gaining internal sign off Breaking down results of tender and communicating to wider business/ arranging tender debriefs Storage of documentation Pricing analysis support Co-ordination of price increase communications to customers Managing data requests from customers Applying for drug tariff increases

High attention to detail coupled with excellent verbal and written communication skills Previous experience in tenders/ contracts role Good organisational skills Excellent analytical skills Agile mindset
