. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities, preparing tender submissions, managing the full bidding process, and ensuring compliant, high-quality proposals.
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify tender opportunities across public and private sector procurement platforms.
Lead the full tender process from initial review to final submission.
Analyse tender requirements and create compliant, compelling bid responses.
Coordinate with internal teams to gather product, pricing, and technical information.
Prepare professional tender documents, including PQQs, SQs, ITTs, and RFPs.
Manage timelines, ensuring all submissions are completed ahead of deadlines.
Maintain accurate records of bids, outcomes, and tender documentation.
Support the business in improving win rates through tender strategy and optimisation.
Requirements
Proven experience preparing and winning tenders in the
stationery industry
(public and/or private sector).
Strong understanding of procurement portals (e.g. Contracts Finder, CCS, etc.).
Excellent writing, proofreading, and document preparation skills.
Ability to interpret tender specifications and compliance requirements.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
Strong communication and project-management skills.
Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
Preferred
Experience with retail supply chains or office products.
Knowledge of framework agreements and long-term supply contracts.
Experience working with SMEs.
Pay: 24,420.00-62,749.67 per year
