We are currently seeking an experienced

Tendering and Subcontracting Specialist

to join our global Tendering and Subcontracting team.

The responsibilities listed below are indicative and not exhaustive. A full overview of the role will be provided as you progress through the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:



Support Construction & Commissioning (C&C) Procurement activities, particularly in relation to project subcontracting. Assist in developing sourcing and subcontracting strategies, including the analysis and evaluation of received offers. Lead negotiations for project installation packages, including on-site procurement elements. Provide day-to-day support for subcontracting and project-related Purchase Orders, including creation, tracking, and expediting. Oversee commercial administration of on-site and installation-related procurement, including SAP PO entry, invoice approval, cost forecasting, and order follow-up. Manage supplier database (SUMO), including contractor approval processes, RFQ preparation and distribution, and administration of procurement forums.

Qualifications


------------------

Ideally holds a commercial and/or technical education Experience in procurement or commercial departments within a technical industry (e.g., power, manufacturing, or general industry) Familiarity with sourcing, bidding processes, and category management practices Strong negotiation skills and confident in engaging with suppliers Understanding of supply contract law and regional legal frameworks and awareness of QA processes relevant to supply markets Experience using eProcurement tools and platforms and proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite Multilingual capabilities are a plus; fluency in English is essential
