Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sports and physical education, with the ability to inspire and motivate students of all ages. This role involves teaching various sports and physical activities, ensuring the safety and well-being of participants, and fostering a positive learning environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement engaging training programs for students in various sports, including basketball, cheerleading, karate, judo, swimming, and climbing. Provide instruction and guidance to participants, focusing on skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship. Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance performance. Ensure the safety of all participants during activities by adhering to safety protocols and guidelines. Manage behavior effectively to maintain a positive atmosphere during training sessions. Collaborate with other coaches and staff to organize events, competitions, and practices. Maintain a clean and safe environment in the gym or health club facilities. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and other stakeholders regarding progress and any concerns.

Skills

Lifeguard experience is a plus for roles involving swimming instruction. Proven experience in sports coaching or teaching physical education. Strong knowledge of martial arts disciplines such as karate and judo. Experience working with children in childcare or educational settings. Ability to manage behavior effectively in a group setting. Familiarity with health club or gym environments is beneficial. Excellent communication skills to engage with students of varying ages and backgrounds.
