Tennis Come True CIC is looking for a passionate and dedicated LTA Level 2/Level 3 coach to assist with our adults and juniors development programmes on a full or part time basis. Start ASAP.

Tennis Come True CIC is the leading private provider of public tennis in Newham, developing and managing tennis programs for the benefit of tennis and the local community at many venues across East London.

TCT works at venues around Newham Borough. We run all aspects of a tennis programme including mini's, juniors, adults, schools & tournaments.

Due to the success of our current programme we are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable coach to join our team. They will be instrumental in moving the coaching programme forward in the 3 venues and increase their outreach to the communities they serve. The new coach will assist in developing club programmes. There will be plenty of opportunities for the coach to promote themselves for individual lessons whilst also promoting group sessions. The coach will be supported in their role and also encouraged to create opportunities for themselves.

The job will progressively be full time, based in a contract of +21 hours a week plus private lessons.

Hourly rate: 20GBP - 30GBP depending on experience and qualification.

You are a motivated and dependable professional who takes initiative and works well within a team atmosphere. You have a genuine passion for tennis and helping players improve their skills and reach their personal goals. You ensure excellent curriculum and lesson plans for all groups. You're comfortable teaching groups and private lessons. You're happy to handle all lesson inquiries. You have exceptional on-court tennis teaching and communication skills. You are highly motivated, dependable, and resourceful.
