Tennis Come True CIC - Coaching Opportunity

Tennis Come True CIC is seeking a passionate and dedicated LTA Level 1, 2 or 3 Coach to support our adult and junior development programmes. This role can be full-time or part-time, with an immediate start available.

As the leading private provider of public tennis in Newham, we deliver and manage inclusive tennis programmes that benefit both the sport and the wider community across multiple venues in East London. Our work spans across minis, juniors, adults, schools, and tournaments.

Thanks to the success of our growing programmes, we are expanding our team and looking for an enthusiastic, reliable coach who will play a key role in shaping the future of tennis in our venues. This is an excellent opportunity to:

Support and grow existing programmes across three venues. Engage with local communities and inspire new players. Develop your coaching career, with opportunities to run private lessons alongside group sessions. Receive support from an experienced team while also being encouraged to create your own opportunities.

Hourly Rate: 20-30, depending on experience and qualifications.

Person Specification

We are looking for a coach who is:

Motivated, dependable, and proactive, with the ability to thrive in a team environment. Passionate about tennis and dedicated to helping players improve their skills and achieve their goals. Skilled at delivering engaging and effective lessons for all ages and abilities. Confident in teaching both groups and individual lessons. Comfortable handling lesson inquiries and building strong relationships with players. A strong communicator with excellent on-court coaching presence.
