We are currently seeking a

Tennis Professional

to lead and develop our tennis programme. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and experienced coach to take ownership of all tennis operations at the club.

About the Role

As Tennis Professional, you will:

Deliver high-quality coaching to both adults and children, including private lessons, group sessions, and Cardio Tennis. Oversee all aspects of tennis operations, including programme development, scheduling, and member engagement. Drive participation and retention through innovative coaching and events. Manage tennis-related administration, including bookings, communications, and performance tracking. Collaborate with the wider leisure team to promote tennis within the club.

Requirements

We're looking for someone who has:

A minimum of

LTA Level 3 Tennis Coach qualification

(Level 4 desirable). Strong coaching experience across age groups and skill levels. Excellent organisational and communication skills. A proactive and professional approach to programme development. Current First Aid certification and PVG Scheme membership (or willingness to obtain). Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
