Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Residential Childcare Worker. Azalea Care supports young people with learning disabilities and or autism aged 7-17

We are looking for a dedicated practitioner to support Mon - Fri, 7am - 10 am, term time only

Duties:

Adhere to and follow all safeguarding policies and procedures

- Assist young people with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Perform housekeeping tasks including laundry and cleaning
- Assist with medication administration
- Accompany young people to appointments or outings
- Follow care plans and risk assessments

The successful candidate must be able to work in line with a rota plan which will include sleep ins, there are good opportunities or progression within the role and the growing company.

Qualifications:
Be willing to complete level 3 diploma in residential child case or already hold this.
