Afternoon Wraparound Lead - Term-Time Only

Sheen Montessori Nursery, Palewell Common, East Sheen, SW18 8RE

Hours:

Monday-Friday, 3pm-6pm (with additional hours available)

Contract:

Part-time, Term-Time Only (33 weeks of the year!)

About the Role

We're looking for a

passionate and enthusiastic Afternoon Wraparound Lead

to join our friendly team. In this role, you'll lead engaging, fun activities and ensure children are happy, safe, and thriving during the afternoon session.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and supervise enjoyable indoor and outdoor activities. Support children's daily routines with care and encouragement. Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues. Promote independence, confidence, and a love of learning.

What We're Looking For

A

Level 3 Early Years/Childcare qualification

(essential). Experience working with children aged 2-5. A positive, caring approach with great communication skills. Montessori experience is a plus (but not required).

Pay: 15.46-17.00 per hour
