Terms Administrator

As a Terms Administrator you will manage and maintain the CAP vehicle database in Key2, gathering vehicle data and publishing models as and when they are ready to be released along with maintaining JCT600VLS standard and customer specific terms across customers. You will be involved with helpdesk tickets to support the whole business with all systems related issues.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing vehicle data across the systems.
  • Processing new model introduction to system, whilst removing obsolete models as and when required.
  • Updating and maintaining our Manufacturer Standard Terms Support Profiles, Manufacturer Customer End User Terms Support Profiles, and our Dealer Discounts / Delivery Charges across the system.
  • Carrying out monthly RV / SMR updates in the system.
  • Carrying out a month-on-month pricing movement reconciliation for RV, SMR and Rental.
  • Updating vehicle grants in the system keeping them in line with the government database.
  • Exporting data, providing analysis, and producing the monthly data submissions.
  • Involvement in IT helpdesk tickets to support the business.
Qualifications:
  • Previous administration experience in an office environment.
  • A confident, self-motivated individual capable of great attention to detail with the ability to interrogate and analyze large quantities of data.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Microsoft Excel.
  • A positive attitude and an ability to work well in a team.
  • Energy and enthusiasm with strong verbal and written communication skills!
  • Demonstrate analytical thinking and problem solving when interrogating data.
  • A methodological approach to all tasks, you must be able to effectively prioritise and organise your workload.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail is essential, with the ability to apply those skills in calm and assured manner.
