We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Territory Account Manager to manage existing customers and drive new business growth across South London. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and securing new customers whilst supporting and expanding relationships with existing clients to contribute to overall business success.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales
Consistently exceed sales and margin targets through strategic account planning and pipeline management.
Produce business plans for customer portfolio to achieve annual sales and margin targets in conjunction with Regional Sales Manager and Croydon Branch Manager.
Proactively source, engage, and convert new clients through targeted outreach, networking, and digital channels.
Leverage CRM and sales analytics to track performance, forecast growth, and optimise sales activities, producing monthly reports on sales and activity levels, including prospects.
Support internal sales activity in branch and other field sales colleagues to ensure business success.
Contribute to a high-performance, inclusive sales culture.
Customer Services:
Maintain and grow existing portfolio through regular interaction with customers to achieve financial targets.
Call on customers on a regular basis, providing quotes and ensure enquiries and issues are followed up in a timely manner.
Maintain price files, advising customers of increases, managing expectations to ensure business is retained.
Collaborate with other internal functions including Operations, Customer Services, and Marketing to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
Skills and Competencies:
Proven success in new business sales in a B2B environment.
Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
Experience using and leveraging CRM systems.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growth and innovation.
Resilience, adaptable, with a drive to exceed targets.
Full UK Driving License.
Right to Work in the UK.
