They are now looking for a Territory Manager to cover the North East, responsible for developing new business and managing existing accounts across a diverse customer base.
The Role
As Territory Manager, you will take ownership of your region, building strong commercial and clinical partnerships while driving adoption of market-leading critical care technologies.
Key responsibilities:
Manage and grow sales across the territory to achieve revenue targets.
Develop relationships with clinicians, procurement teams, and senior stakeholders.
Conduct product evaluations, demonstrations, and training sessions.
Identify and convert new business opportunities.
Provide accurate forecasting, reporting, and market insights to support strategy.
Candidate Profile
We are seeking a driven sales professional with:
2+ years B2B sales experience (medical devices/healthcare preferred).
Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience).
Strong pipeline management and negotiation skills.
Ability to influence both clinical and non-clinical decision-makers.
Resilient, organised, and target-driven with a consultative approach.
