Size of team dependent on FTE - your team will comprise Hearing Aid Audiologists, Ear Care Practitioners and Clinic Coordinators.
Package:
Basic Salary: 40,685k (FTE)
OTE Bonus: 8,000 (additional bonus available)

About You:
Proven sales and people management experience (ideally in a regulated, geographically dispersed retail or healthcare environment).

Process-driven with a consistent approach, able to influence and enforce behavioural change to deliver sales without compromising brand standards.
Well-developed people management skills and a desire to get the best out of your team.
Full UK driving license required.
