Territory Manager/Hearing Aid Dispenser

This is a dual role working as a Territory Manager and Hearing Aid Dispenser. Split across 5 days.

You will be key to enabling the company to further increase its sales through your leadership. As Territory Manager, you will spend 80% of your time working \'knee to knee\' with colleagues, supporting them to become the best they can be and maximising individual and branch performance through a continuous cycle of observation, feedback, and coaching.

About you

About you?

• You will have proven management experience (ideally in a regulated, geographically dispersed retail and or health care environment)
• Driven to achieve and maintain high levels of compliance.
• You will be process driven with a consistent approach and be able to influence and enforce behavioural change to deliver sales without compromising brand standards.
• You will also have well-developed people management skills and a desire to get the best out of your team.
• Must be a qualified Hearing Aid Dispenser

You must hold a full UK driving license.
