Territory Sales Manager
to drive growth in a defined geographic area.
The Role
As a
Territory Sales Manager
, you will own and grow a ledger of customers within your territory. This is a hands-on, field-based role where relationship-building and value creation are at the heart of everything you do. You will be the face of our business locally--delivering sales targets, supporting customers, and identifying new opportunities to expand our market presence.
What You'll Do
Manage and grow an assigned customer base within your territory
Build strong relationships with decision-makers in hospitality and public sector venues
Identify upsell, cross-sell, and new business opportunities
Hit revenue, margin, and growth targets
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and use CRM tools accurately
Deliver company promotions, campaigns, and sales initiatives
Provide market intelligence and competitor insights
Resolve customer issues and ensure excellent service levels
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in field sales (ideally in foodservice, wholesale, or FMCG)
Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
Commercially minded with strong negotiation skills
Organised and disciplined with CRM and admin tasks
A proactive, energetic approach with a drive to hit and exceed targets
Full UK driving licence
