Ricoh are currently recruiting for a Test & Data Migration Manager to play a pivotal role in the transformation of our IT operating model, enabling Ricoh to operate as a modern, agile, and service-oriented technology organisation.



We're looking for a seasoned professional to lead the

design and implementation of internal testing and data migration capabilities from scratch

. This is a rare opportunity to shape a core function that underpins business continuity, operational excellence, and long-term growth.



You'll be accountable for establishing a robust, scalable, and transparent testing and data migration Centre of Excellence (CoE), ensuring every go-live is smooth, secure, and disruption-free. What you will be doing


Build Testing & Migration Capabilities from Scratch




Define and implement the strategy, frameworks, teams, and tools to run an industrialised testing and data migration CoE. Establish repeatable, auditable processes for test planning, execution, automation, and data validation. Drive the adoption of automation, standardisation, and re-usability across testing and migration activities.

Test Strategy & Execution




Develop and own the end-to-end test strategy, covering unit, integration, UAT, regression, and performance testing Define scope, schedule, resource needs, and success criteria for all testing phases Ensure traceability between test cases and business requirements, with clear documentation and version control.


Data Migration Strategy & Quality Assurance




Design and deliver a comprehensive data migration strategy from scratch, including mapping, transformation, validation, and reconciliation Align migration activities with project milestones and go-live plans Lead dry runs, mock loads, and audits to ensure repeatability and reliability Develop dashboards and reports to support migration sign-off and data quality assurance.


Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership




Act as the primary point of contact for testing and migration streams Provide regular updates, risk assessments, and mitigation plans to senior stakeholders. Coordinate cross-functional teams including business users, developers, testers, and external vendors.

You will ideally have


Ideally candidates will have a

proven experience building testing and/or migration capabilities from scratch

, ideally in complex enterprise environments Successful candidates will ideally have a background of experience in similar roles demonstrating commitment, resilience, and pride in delivery. Hands-on experience with

ERP, CRM, or cloud platform migrations

(e.g. SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) Strong understanding of

hybrid environments

(Cloud, on-prem, SaaS) and enterprise service management principles (ITIL, DevOps) Demonstrated ability to

translate business requirements into scalable testing and migration services

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders Experience with

test management tools

(e.g. JIRA, TestRail, HP ALM, Azure DevOps) and

data migration technologies

(e.g. SQL, ETL, Python, PowerShell) Familiarity with

test automation frameworks and performance testing tools

is highly desirable Ideally candidates will hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field or equivalent professional qualification. Certifications in

project/program management

(e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, Agile/Scrum) would be a distinct advantage. Certifications in

data management or migration

(e.g. Microsoft Certified: Data Engineer Associate, Informatica, SAP Data Services) would also be highly desirable.
