Key Responsibilities

Conduct fault-finding and diagnostic testing on a wide range of plant and equipment in our workshop. Assist with the testing and commissioning of equipment prior to site deployment. Inspect sub-assemblies and carry out repairs to ensure functional integrity. Support operator training in equipment usage, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Perform both process and functional testing on new and existing systems. Carry out water analysis using laboratory equipment. Respond to technical and operational inquiries from internal teams and customers. Support the build and assembly of new water treatment systems. Prepare comprehensive Test Certificates and detailed inspection reports. Oversee the storage and management of customer assets held in our facilities. Maintain a clean, organised, and safe testing environment. Promote and uphold the company's core values and culture in all activities. Carry out additional reasonable duties as required to meet company needs.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to testing and repairs. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Able to manage time effectively and work independently or within a team. Customer-focused with a professional attitude and service-oriented mindset. Sound knowledge of electrical systems, fitting, maintenance, and test procedures. Experience in managing technical stores and asset handling. A solid understanding of mechanical, process, and electrical engineering principles. Familiarity with producing technical documentation and reporting on testing outcomes.
