Think you loved tests in school? Wait till you're testing rocket propulsion systems that could change the future of space travel!
Are you ready to take your engineering career to orbital heights? Our client, a global innovator in the defence and aerospace sector, is looking for a driven Test Engineer to join their forward-thinking team working on next-generation satellite propulsion systems.
This role places you at the core of mission-critical test operations. You'll be designing and assembling fluidic and pressurant feed systems, as well as developing and operating Ground Support Equipment (GSE) and Electrical Ground Support Equipment (EGSE) used to test and validate spacecraft propulsion units. You'll also collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure accurate data collection, risk-managed procedures, and seamless integration of test systems with real satellite hardware.
If you have a BSc in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Physics, and hands-on experience in fluidic control systems or technical environments, this is your opportunity to apply your knowledge in one of the most exciting domains in engineering. You'll work on real propulsion units - not just the theory - and take part in the full lifecycle from test setup to test report.
In this role, you'll need strong communication skills, a methodical mindset, and a passion for space technology. From HAZOPs and Risk Assessments to contributing in Test Readiness Reviews, your input will directly impact the performance and reliability of high-stakes space missions.
If you're ready to make a real impact in the satellite sector -- this is your mission.
