We are looking for someone to join us on a 24 month contract. As Test Manager the successful applicant will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all testing activities related to the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. This includes the creation and maintenance of test assets, configuration and oversight of test management tools, and the execution and reporting of the test process to ensure a high-quality deployment.

Key Responsibilities





Develop and maintain a comprehensive Test Strategy and Test Plan aligned with project goals.



Manage the end-to-end testing lifecycle, including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Regression Testing.



Lead the creation of test cases, test scripts, and test data based on business requirements and functional specifications.



Oversee the configuration and use of test management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, TestRail, or similar).


Coordinate with business analysts, developers, and end users to ensure test coverage and traceability.


Manage defect tracking and resolution, ensuring timely communication and escalation of issues.


Provide test progress reports, metrics, and dashboards to stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards and best practices.

Support training and onboarding of UAT testers and business users.

Collaborate with third-party vendors and implementation partners as needed.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise





Proven experience as a Test Manager or Senior Test Analyst in ERP or business systems implementations.

Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar ERP systems.


Hands-on experience with test management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, HP ALM, TestRail).


Solid knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.


Experience in managing manual and automated testing approaches.


Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.


Ability to manage multiple testing streams in a fast-paced, agile environment.



Desirable:

ISTQB or equivalent testing certification.


Experience with data migration testing, integration testing, and performance testing.


Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform and related tools.


Background in finance, supply chain, or operations domains.
