Position Overview: As a Test Manager, you will oversee the testing lifecycle of our diamond trading systems, ensuring the highest quality standards are met. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective testing strategies, lead testing efforts, and drive continuous improvement in our testing processes.

Responsibilities:

Test Strategy and Planning:

• Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals and requirements.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to define testing scope, objectives, and success criteria.

Test Leadership:

• Lead a team of skilled QA engineers, providing mentorship, guidance, and fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
• Manage and prioritize testing activities, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.

Test Design and Execution:

• Create detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on functional and technical specifications.
• Oversee the execution of testing activities, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.

Defect Management:

• Establish and maintain a streamlined defect management process, tracking defects from identification to resolution and closure.
• Collaborate closely with development and business teams to facilitate timely defect resolution.

Test Automation:

• Drive the implementation of test automation frameworks and tools to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
• Identify opportunities for test automation and work to automate repetitive test cases.

Test Documentation:

• Ensure thorough and accurate documentation of testing processes, results, and artifacts.
• Generate comprehensive test reports and present findings to stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement:

• Continuously assess and improve testing methodologies, tools, and processes to enhance overall testing effectiveness.
• Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Test Manager or QA Lead in a manufacturing or related industry.
• Solid understanding of diamond trading, manufacturing, or luxury goods business processes.
• Proficiency in test management tools and methodologies.
• Experience in leading and managing QA teams, fostering collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks is a plus.
• ISTQB or similar certification is preferred.
