Test Team Support
to join our ICT Test team in Swansea
.
You'll keep projects moving by maintaining testing schedules, procedures, and documentation, coordinating activities, and ensuring key information flows seamlessly between colleagues and stakeholders. From producing clear progress reports to helping plan and organise testing cycles, you'll play a vital role in keeping everything on track. This is a role where precision, communication, and a proactive approach matter and where your work will directly support successful projects and satisfied customers. What you'll do:
Keep our testing world in order by maintaining schedules, procedures, and documentation for all testing cycles.
Coordinate activities and provide essential admin support to Test Team Leads and the Test Team Manager.
Help scope, plan, and prepare test materials so the team is set up for success.
Produce clear, concise daily reports on test progress and defect status during execution phases.
Step in for Test Team Leads when needed at customer and internal meetings.
Support continuous improvement by embracing new processes and ways of working.
What you'll bring to the table:
Confident communicator who is comfortable connecting with people in person, over the phone and in writing.
Proven ability to track activities, monitor progress and create reports that people actually want to read.
Organised and detail oriented with experience juggling multiple priorities.
Familiarity with business processes in HR, Finance, Payroll or Procurement is a plus.
Comfortable with Microsoft Word and Excel, and quick to pick up new systems.
Knowledge of project management principles is an advantage.
An understanding of system build and administration requirements would be beneficial.
Minimum Criteria:
? Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
? Strong verbal and written communication skills.
? Strong time management with the ability to prioritise and deliver to tight deadlines.
? Able to travel to our Swansea office at least twice a week.
