Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm (potential for flexibility on start/end times based on 7.5hrs/day)

The Role




We are currently looking to recruit a Testing & Release Officer for our Operations Team. As a Testing & Release Officer, you will ensure that all day to day activities relating to sample management with the warehouse and testing sites are completed in a timely manner, to ensure the smooth release of products.

What will you be doing?




As a Testing & Release Officer, you will be responsible for a variety of different tasks including:

Invoices - Processing testing and material invoices as per the required process Co-ordination - Liaising with Aspire's warehouse to ensure samples are shared efficiently with our testing sites, taking information for the ASN notifications Sample management - ensuring QP samples are receipted effectively and distributed to the correct QP Release documentation - Supporting the QPs and Technical Compliance team to ensure the required documentation is shared in a timely manner. Material requirements - Liaising with our testing labs to ensure they have the required material available to them to allow testing of incoming batches.

3 years' experience in a similar role required Strong communication skills Strong attention to detail
