Tate is looking for an experienced senior fundraising manager to lead our Strategic Projects team!



The Development Strategic Projects team is responsible for raising funds for transformational projects as well as best in class stewardship of major Tate supporters.



This crucial role will lead Strategic Projects fundraising, maximising income for a variety of strategic projects and campaigns working closely with the Director of Development and other Development teams to implement successful strategies through a robust programme of cultivation and stewardship of major donors.



You will have a proven successful track record of fundraising or donor development of gifts of 500,000 or more, while delivering an outstanding level of donor stewardship and understanding the complexities and nuances that these relationships bring with them. You will have built strong working relationships with internal colleagues and senior volunteers using a skillset of coaching and influencing to achieve successful results. Your excellent organisational and project management skills, including experience of budget management, will ensure that you can approach any challenge with flexibility and creativity to achieve positive outcomes. Your ability to use Tate's vision proactively, both in writing and in person, to communicate a compelling case for support will result in productive supporter relationships and you will ensure that principles of equality and diversity are applied and promoted through the work of the team.
