Job Purpose:

We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic TGT Maths and Science Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching middle and secondary school students, ensuring academic excellence and all-round development in the subjects of Mathematics and Science.

Location- Shirur

Key Responsibilities:

Teach Maths and Science subjects to students from Grades 6 to 10 as per CBSE/ICSE/State Board curriculum. Prepare and deliver engaging and interactive lessons using various teaching methods and tools. Design lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and assessments aligned with the syllabus. Evaluate and record student progress and provide constructive feedback. Create a positive and disciplined classroom environment conducive to learning. Identify learning needs of students and offer remedial support as needed. Participate in curriculum planning, academic audits, and school activities. Maintain effective communication with parents through PTMs and regular updates. Integrate technology into the teaching process (smart boards, online platforms, etc.). Ensure adherence to school policies and maintain student data and records.

Qualifications:

Graduate/Postgraduate in Science or Mathematics. B.Ed. is mandatory. Minimum 2-5 years of teaching experience at the middle/secondary level preferred. Proficient in English communication (written and verbal).

Skills Required:

Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics and Science. Classroom management and student engagement skills. Good organizational and time-management abilities. Familiarity with technology-based teaching tools. Passion for teaching and mentoring young learners.

Additional Requirements:

Open to participating in school events, training programs, and co-curricular activities. Willing to take up additional academic responsibilities as assigned.
