The sights, sounds, scents and, importantly, service. As an F&B Supervisor you will be responsible for running a service within our breakfast, restaurant or bar service on any given day. You will maintain consistent standards of service, ensuring guest satisfaction whilst creating a working environment that supports the brand standards, and hotel targets.You will play a crucial part in the day-to-day running of the Food and Beverage operations - working as part of the Management Team, making sure the F&B outlets run smoothly. • xe2x80xa2 Experience within a Food and Beverage role
• xe2x80xa2 Proven experience of supervising and directing others, while demonstrating a hands-on approach
• xe2x80xa2 Customer service experience
• xe2x80xa2 Ability to meet deadlines, and work under pressure with the ability to motivate others within the Food and Beverage Team
• xe2x80xa2 Good communication and organisational skills

• xe2x80xa2 Experience within the hospitality industry as a supervisor
• xe2x80xa2 5 GCSEs at Grade C and above to include Maths and English or equivalent qualification
