Job Description


PE Global is currently recruiting 2 Credit Controllers for a 3-month contract role with a leading pharmaceutical client based in Swindon.

Responsibilities

  • The credit controller will be responsible for chasing specific customers, as assigned.
  • Following up with internal colleagues on outstanding queries so these can be resolved promptly.
  • The credit controller will ensure notes are added to accounts.
  • The credit controller will assist with the processing of web billing invoices, by uploading these to the various customer portals
  • Ability to analyze and reconcile accounts.
Requirements
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Previous Account Receivable / Credit control experience would be beneficial.
  • Customer Service experience is essential.
  • Previous experience with web billing (uploading to customer portals) would be advantageous.
