Compass Associates are currently assisting in the search for Theatre Practitioners to work on mobile operating theatres that travel to various locations within your home region.

The mobile units can cover a range of different specialities including General surgery, Orthopaedics, Urology, ENT, Ophthalmology, Gynaecology, Obstetrics, Cosmetics and Endoscopy.

You will be assigned to mobile units within your region in a 2-hour radius from where you live. You will be provided with a company car and fuel card or car allowance. Accommodation is also provided and organised for you if further than a realistic commute as well as meals while on assignment.

As the ideal mobile theatre practitioner, you will be a qualified RGN or ODP practitioner with a current and valid pin. You will have 2 \xe2\x80\x93 3 years\' experience in working in theatre, covering 2 skills out of Scrub, Anaesthetics, Recovery and Endoscopy. You will be enthusiastic, flexible and enjoy working in different environments and you will be provided with all the tools you need to progress in your career.

Requirements
\xe2\x80\x93 A professional qualification as either a Registered Nurse or an Operating Department Practitioner
\xe2\x80\x93 A minimum of two skills to include either Scrub, Endoscopy, Anaesthetics or Recovery
\xe2\x80\x93 Excellent communication skills
\xe2\x80\x93 Minimum three years appropriate operating theatre department experience
\xe2\x80\x93 Current full driving licence
