Key Responsibilities

Management & Production Accounts:

Prepare management and production accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Budgeting & Forecasting:

Lead the budgeting process, track forecasts, and provide insightful variance analysis.

Financial Analysis:

Deliver meaningful financial insights to drive commercial decisions.

Commercial Business Partnering:

Work closely with operational colleagues to bridge the gap between finance and non-finance, helping them understand the numbers and make informed decisions.

Communicating Finance Simply:

Explain complex financial information in clear, simple terms to non-financial stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

Educational Qualifications:

Part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) Production accounting experience (essential)

Skills & Competencies:

High initiative and proactive problem-solving Strong team player with a can-do attitude Flexible and adaptable; thrives in a fast-paced environment Curious and eager to grow, with a hunger for learning Focused on execution -- gets things done quickly and effectively
