Theme Park Food & Beverage Team Leaders

to join our talented team working across our wide range of Food & Beverage outlets.

The role is initially a seasonal position until November 2025 on an hourly rate of 13.00

A day in the life of a Theme Park Food & Beverage Team Leader would include...

Work closely with duty managers to maintain high standards Oversee the dining experience and support the team with guest enquiries Take charge of shifts, make sure everything runs like a well-oiled machine Support the completion of checklists and cleaning schedules in a timely manner Inspire and mentor your team members, helping them to reach their full potential Drive sales, boost revenue, and achieve those targets like a champion Create a positive team environment that embraces change and fuels growth Make sure our amazing staff are engaged, happy, and well taken care of

What you need to bring to the table:

Strong organisational skills and the ability to thrive even when the pressure is on A positive can-so attitude with a hands-on approach to support and lead the team Be a great communicator and someone who is reliable in all aspects of the role Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work through own initiative A strong desire to develop others through effective coaching and training Previous experience in Food & Beverage is preferable Team Leader/Supervisory experience would be advantageous Due to the nature of this role, you must be

18 or over
