Therapeutic Support Workers
to join our brand-new home in Derby where we are creating a safe, nurturing space for children who've experienced complex trauma. A place where every day will provide new opportunities for growth and development.

Dyadic Developmental Practice (DDP)
, our work is grounded in the belief that connection, trust, and compassion are at the centre of all meaningful care.
What You'll Do:
Be a trusted adult for children aged 8-17
Build relationships rooted in empathy, acceptance, curiosity and play
Support young people with trauma develop emotion regulation skills
Help young people find their voice and thrive
Support daily routines and development of young people
Work closely with our consulting psychologist and external professionals to deliver holistic care
Model calm, kindness and structure, even on tough days
What You'll Need:
Full UK Drivers Licence
A big heart and strong boundaries
Resilience and a sense of humour
Willingness to learn and understand trauma-informed care
12x Month's direct experience working with children and young people.
Completion or willingness to complete level 3 Qualification in Children and Young people.
Shift flexibility, including sleep-ins
