Therapeutic Child Carer Practitioner

Hourly Rate: 13 - 14 per hour dependant on experience. (24,960 - 26,880

+ Sleep in Pay)

We're looking for therapeutic support workers to join our home--a safe, nurturing space for children who've experienced trauma. Every day is different. Every connection matters.

What You'll Do:

Be a trusted adult for children aged 6-17

Build relationships rooted in empathy, patience and play

Support daily routines, emotions and development

Help young people find their voice and thrive

Work closely with therapists and care teams

Model calm, kindness and structure--even on tough days

What You'll Need:

Full UK Drivers Licence

A big heart and strong boundaries

Resilience and a sense of humour

Willingness to learn trauma-informed care

12x Month's direct experience working with children and young people.

Completion or willingness to complete level 3 Qualification in Children and Young people.

Shift flexibility, including sleep-ins
