Up to 29,120.00 per annum
Rota:
Three week rolling rota, included evenings and weekends. This role requires up to 8 sleeps per month paid separately at 60 per sleep.

The role
As the Children's Residential Support Worker, you will play a key role in providing consistent, outstanding care and support to children in our care. Working as part of a dedicated and supportive team, you'll help create a safe, stable and nurturing home environment that promotes positive routines, emotional wellbeing and life skill development.
You will build meaningful, trusting relationships with young people, supporting them through challenges, and empower them to develop confidence, independence and a sense of belonging. This is a rewarding role where you can make a lasting difference in the lives of vulnerable children.

Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with children, families, colleagues and external agencies.

Qualifications and Requirements:
To hold NVQ/QCF/CYP Level 3 or Level Health and Social Care (Children and Young People) or equivalent or be willing to work towards.
The ability to work within the current legislative framework and organisation's policies and procedures.
You will be required to engage in ongoing training, supervision, and personal development, including mandatory physical intervention and first aid training.
This role involves physical tasks such as supporting children on long walks, participating in safe holding/restraint (with training and when required), and manual handling.
Full UK Driving Licence.
