About the Role
The Therapies Administrator plays a vital role in supporting our therapy services. You will work closely with our team of Speech & Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and other specialists to ensure clients receive the right support at the right time.
You will be responsible for triaging new client enquiries, scheduling assessments, and managing bookings that connect directly to ongoing therapy. This is an exciting role for someone who is organised, people-focused, and enjoys being at the heart of a service that makes a real difference.
This role will be based at our offices in Abingdon, Oxfordshire. Your working days will be Monday/Wednesday & Friday, however we are flexible on how you work your hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Triaging client enquiries relating to therapy services.
- Scheduling and booking assessments with therapists.
- Managing ongoing client bookings to ensure continuity of care.
- Liaising with therapists to confirm availability and coordinate diaries.
- Maintaining accurate records of client information, bookings, and assessments.
- Providing professional, timely, and supportive communication with clients.
About You
- Excellent communication skills with a warm, professional manner.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a busy environment with multiple priorities.
- Confident using email, booking systems, and record-keeping tools.
- A friendly, approachable, and supportive team player.
- Lived experience of neurodiversity would be a bonus.
