We have a rare and exciting opportunity for a therapist to join our Leckey Clinical Team. Use your physiotherapy or occupational therapy background to influence products, training, and clinical excellence in a unique Centre of Excellence role.

Reporting to the Clinical & Marketing Director, the successful candidate will drive innovation in our products, programs and our clinical authority through education, training and service development. Regular travel will be require both within the UK and Europe.
In this role you will:
Champion the perspective of children and their families to ensure their voices and needs are heard and at the forefront of everything we do.
Collaborate with product design teams to drive research and innovation in our programs through prototype evaluations and comprehensive feedback, ensuring effective, practical products.
Provide clinical education which supports our paediatric products to various stakeholders, including therapists, families, partners and educational institutions. Both across the UK and internationally.
Collate review and summarise the latest research and use it to develop informative and engaging educational resources such as blogs, posters and workbooks.
Provide training and support to Sales teams including induction support, tender pitches, local training initiatives and assistance with complex cases.
Stay current with p[paediatric therapy assistive technology and inclusive design trends, conducting fieldwork to gather insights and real-world feedback to inform new product development and post-launch activities.
Take part in UK and international conferences, submitting abstracts, preparing findings and presenting results.
Contribute to MDR (Medical Device Regulation) by documenting all patient interactions and writing Clinical Evaluation Reports.
Collaborate effectively within interdisciplinary teams and maintain accurate documentation to align with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), MDR processes and all internal systems and processes.
Deliver training which explains the clinical reasoning underlying our products to visiting colleagues and partner organisations.
Essential Criteria:
Third level qualification in Occupational or Physiotherapy
HCPC registered
A minimum of 2 years' experience in physio or occupational therapy.
1 year paediatric therapy experience
Ability to travel across the UK and Europe.
Strong clinical assessment and evaluation skills.
Excellent communication skills to provide education and training, effectively interacting with children, caregivers and multidisciplinary skills.
Strong problem-solving skills to address complex challenges related to clients' functional ability and postural goals.
Ability to collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to aid in the development of new products
Proficiency in Microsoft Office specifically excel, word and outlook.
Proficient in clinical assessments
Ability to collaborate effectively with other business stakeholders.
Desirable criteria:
Previous experience in a private sector
Experience in using Google Docs, One Drive and SharePoint
