As our Therapist Recruitment Partner, your core mission is to grow our clinical community by identifying, engaging, and assessing qualified therapists from across the UK.

You will be responsible for the entire top-of-funnel recruitment process, from proactively sourcing new talent to conducting initial partnership interviews, ensuring every professional who joins our platform meets our high standards of quality and care.

UK Therapy Guide is an online platform dedicated to connecting individuals with qualified, vetted therapists across the UK. We believe finding the right therapist should be a simple, empowering process, and we're building a community of professionals who share that vision.

Key Responsibilities



Sourcing:

Identify and source qualified therapists using professional directories, LinkedIn, and other channels.

Outreach:

Craft and send warm, personalised messages that introduce UK Therapy Guide and the value of partnership.

Candidate Engagement:

Manage inbound enquiries with professionalism, answering questions and guiding potential partners through the first steps.

Partnership Interviews:

Conduct engaging partnership interviews to assess a therapist's professional background, clinical approach, and evaluate their alignment with our platform's values and mission.

Pipeline Management:

Keep an organised record of conversations and track the progress of potential partners.

Collaboration:

Work closely with our Clinical Lead, providing helpful notes to ensure a smooth handover for the final interview stage.

. You're adept at guiding them from an initial conversation right through to a final assessment of their long-term partnership potential.

You are an excellent listener, which allows you to understand a therapist's perspective while also astutely assessing their suitability for our platform.

You are comfortable managing your own schedule and keeping track of multiple conversations without letting details slip.

The Position:



Part-time Freelance:

~15 hours per week.

Location

: Fully Remote

Requirements

: A strong understanding of UK culture and context is essential for this role.

Pay:

14/hr plus a meaningful commission structure designed to reward your success.
