Therapy Manager

to lead our multidisciplinary therapy team in South London, driving excellence in patient care and service delivery.

About the Role

As Therapy Manager, you'll oversee the delivery of high-quality therapy services, ensuring patients receive tailored rehabilitation that makes a real difference to their recovery and independence. You'll lead, support, and develop a team of skilled therapists while working closely with senior management to shape service strategy and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Provide professional leadership and line management to the therapy team Ensure safe, effective, and evidence-based therapy interventions Manage resources efficiently to deliver service excellence Lead on clinical governance, audits, and quality improvement initiatives Foster a culture of continuous professional development Collaborate with multidisciplinary colleagues to optimise patient outcomes

About You

HCPC registered professional (Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech & Language Therapist) Significant post-registration experience, ideally in neurological or complex rehabilitation Proven leadership and team management experience Strong communication, organisational, and decision-making skills A commitment to driving clinical excellence and innovation
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 55,000.00-62,000.00 per year
