About us:

Alderwasley Hall School is located in the beautiful countryside of Derbyshire and is split over 2 sites. We offer day and residential placements for students aged 5-19 years with Autism and Developmental Language Disorder. You will have the opportunity to work in a school that promotes truly multi-disciplinary team working, where therapies, education and care staff all work together to make a difference to the lives of some amazing individuals.

Job Info:-

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Therapy and Specialist Services Assistant to join our large therapy team.

The successful applicant will likely work across both sites with a range of therapists and specialist teachers, supporting them with intervention for their caseload. This will include providing admin support (e.g. designing and preparing intervention materials, updating databases), providing routine intervention under direction from the team, supporting with the delivery of therapy groups amongst many other things. In return, you will receive fantastic support and bespoke CPD/development opportunities.

It is expected that hours will be term time based, but flexibility to complete hours in holiday time would be beneficial at times.
