What You'll Be Doing

Supporting the management team in the smooth running of the nursery--keeping everything ticking like clockwork Mentoring and motivating staff to create a positive, collaborative atmosphere Planning and delivering engaging activities that spark curiosity and support development Building strong relationships with parents--sharing progress, celebrating milestones, and responding with care Championing health and safety to ensure every child feels safe, secure, and supported Helping manage staff schedules and onboarding new team members Driving quality initiatives that raise the bar for care and education across the setting
What We're Looking For

Proven experience in a leadership or management role within a childcare setting A strong background in early years education and a deep understanding of child development Excellent communication skills--warm, clear, and confident A team player who's also happy to take initiative and lead from the front Previous nursery experience is a big plus A valid driving licence is preferred (but not essential)

Pay: 26,000.00-28,000.00 per year
