Exciting opportunity for a room based Third In Charge.

The successful candidate must have a full and relevant level 3 qualification and have excellent leadership skills.

The role of the Third in Charge is to co-lead, inspire and motivate our Early Years Educators to deliver Outstanding early years education and promote the warm, very caring and inclusive environment for our practitioners, children and families.

The role would suit someone who is motivated, committed to excellence and looking for a career as our company grows.

Key responsibilities:

To lead and organise the day-to-day running of a base room and support with the smooth running of the nursery. Create a safe and stimulating environment where children thrive. Organise and plan activities promoting children's individual development and interests. To liaise with other professionals and parents and ensure high levels of communication and partnership working are maintained at all times. Monitor and evaluate the quality of the service provided. Manage a team where applicable. Be an effective role model to children and the staff team at all times. Ensure that all nursery policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.
